Description
Consists of:
- Special support base for the crushers.
- Double escape duct of the fumes produced by cutting the olive crop in the crushers, with a special mechanism.
- Undivided base for placing the malaxers.
- Support bases for the electric reducers for autonomous motion of the malaxers.
- Channels for placing the hydraulic – electrical lines of the malaxers.
- Special mounting bases for automatic filling and emptying the malaxers.
- Indicator lights for monitoring the filling and emptying process of each malaxer.
- System for washing the inner walls of the malaxers and diluting the oil paste with ss pipes.
- Two (2) stainless steel distributors for the distribution of the olive crop to the crushers.
