Description
Consists of separate tanks which are horizontally oriented, assembled as a group. The capacity of each tank is 1200lit.
Specifications:
- Independent operation of each kneader.
- Mixer from continuous helical spiral with opposite direction blades.
- Discharge from the center of each tank.
- Embodied hydraulic and electrical installation.
- Additional tanks can be added without any modification.
- Automatic electrical system for protection against mistaken handling.
- Overflow protection system.
- Fully impermeable cover with curved glass window on top of each tank.
- Automatic feeding and discharge with the use of pneumatic valves system.
- Embodied washing system in each tank.
- Embodied washing system for the feeding system.
Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 (suitable for food processing).
