Mixer with Crusher Base

Constists of:

• Special support base for the crusher.
• Double escape duct of the fumes produced by cutting the olive crop in the crusher, with a special mechanism.
• Undivided base for placing the malaxers.
• Support bases for the electric reducers for autonomous motion of the malaxers.
• Channels for placing the hydraulic – electrical lines of the malaxers.
• Special mounting bases for automatic filling and emptying the malaxers.
• Indicator lights for monitoring filling and emptying process of each malaxer.
• System for washing the inner walls of the malaxers and diluting the oil paste with stainless steel pipes.
• Olive paste mixer – silo (capacity 700lt) for receiving the cropped olive crop and preparing it before forwarding it to the malaxers).

Made entirely of stainless steel AISI 304 (without heated walls).
